Has been overcharging me for my unit for past 2 years. Just called them to get a quote on the same unit I have and was told a price that is almost half of what I have been getting charged for the last 20 months. Asked for an explanation and a credit on my account and recieved poor customer service. The girl was extremely rude. She hung up the phone on me when I was trying to ask if her boss was going to call me back

Nicole and Joe were extremely personable and friendly. Units are super clean. I would highly recommend this facility. I’ve been to other storage facilities before and this one is top notch. Thank you very much😊

Used a larger unit for 2 years in Peterborough area. No issues and easy to deal with thru email. I'd recommend using access storage. Contents were in good shape after few years and no critters.
