Warning! I rented units from them and then once in they upped the monthly cost 15%!!!!! No warning and no explanation…..just because they could. They respond to my review below oh so politely but yet I’ve never heard from them, didn’t lower my units back down or even a small discount and now I’m having to sell off my belongings to make their increased rental charges because I can’t take my stuff out. They have fully taken advantage. Do not rent here because it’s a decent rate when you start and you think it’s manageable. Then they will up the cost after you are in and there is nothing you can do! I just advised my good friend of my experience and she is going elsewhere.

Warning! My girlfriend lost her house and was forced to rent units here for her property until she can relocate. Reasonable price but then once all of her stuff was moved in they increased each of her units 15%! She is now selling off her stuff to pay for increased rental fees and they will not lower them back down even after voicing her upset. They have taken advantage. Bad way to do business. Stay clear!!!!

Great storage facility!!! Clean, secure, and easy access. Great customer service also. I had a 10x20 unit for 2 years, and had no issues EVER. I will use them again if I need storage.

The storage units that I rented for a 3 month duration have turned out to be an excellent solution. It’s convenient, the units are very clean and also the facility is very secure and tidy. Staff helped me select the best units to satisfy my needs.

We used this facility for about half a year to store overflow of furniture for our business. The rooms were spacious and climate controlled with good security. Our pieces remained untouched and clean. Staff was attentive and very responsive if we needed anything. Would recommend and use again in the future!
