The staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. As a first-time user of a storage service, Access Storage clearly described their product and options. The facility I used was clean and easily accessible. Because my needs were for less than a month, I was informed of the first four weeks being free and ended up not needing to pay for the few weeks I stored my possessions. All-in-all, an excellent company to store with.

Just amazing. From the time I signed up, the accomodation, the people and I mean every single one... Just amazing. Super clean storage units, prime location... I came into the store today to inquire about a unit today. Spoke with Chantel who was in training and she was very informative and answered any questions I had. Her customer service was outstanding.

I rented from access storage in peterborough ontario in 2022-2023. They are professional and considerate of each renters needs. I was also able to rent a parking space for my vehicles when I travelled. The compound is secure through coded gates and surveilled via camera at both ends of each storage corridor. There are long term renters here which indicates a stable, thoughtful, and safe space. I am just beginning another rental contract in 2025 because, in short--they ROCK!😁👊
