The staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. As a first-time user of a storage service, Access Storage clearly described their product and options. The facility I used was clean and easily accessible. Because my needs were for less than a month, I was informed of the first four weeks being free and ended up not needing to pay for the few weeks I stored my possessions. All-in-all, an excellent company to store with.

My experience with accsess storage in Peterborough on fisher drive the staff customer service is excellent I’ve been dealing with Chantelle mostly has been amazing caring person should be more people like her in customer service she is amazing to deal with with our storage needs. As for pricing to high after a promotion and should be month to month move in date say 30 should be to the 30th not so high for price. But customer service excellent experience

Just amazing. From the time I signed up, the accomodation, the people and I mean every single one... Just amazing. Super clean storage units, prime location...
